![]() Fans believe that the second game takes place before the events of the first game. People favor the second game because it reveals more story. RELATED: Little Nightmares 2: How To Get The Secret Ending While Mono and Six are trying to escape this nightmare, a tall thin figure keeps attempting to stop them. Mono is another lost child, like Six, who is just trying to escape as dangerous, off-the-hinge adults chase them down. You do find Six early on, though, and she follows and helps you throughout the game. Little Nightmares 2 follows a boy named Mono instead of our first protagonist, Six. Throughout the game, Six has pangs of hunger, and each time she feasts, the prize was greater: bread, a rat, a Nome, then The Lady herself. Toward the end of the game, Six finds The Lady, defeats her, and takes her powers. She harbors great power and invites overweight guests to her ship, all of whom presumably gorge themselves on human flesh made by the children below. The Maw is controlled by a creepy Geisha-dressed woman known as The Lady. Some can be seen having made failed escape attempts, some are locked in prisons and cages, and others are cold bodies being wrapped up. Children seemingly live here in suffering. In this game, they feed and prey on the children they keep on their ship or submarine, and it's clear that Six isn't the first to try and escape it. Little Nightmares is about Six being trapped on a nautical vessel called "The Maw." Inside The Maw are adults and Nomes - small creatures that seem lost and afraid. This is your first encounter with the world and its people, and they really make it memorable. The level designs have more colors compared to the second game but the story is less direct. It's the original Little Nightmares entry, and it attaches players to its main character, Six, and the world around her. If you haven't played the games yet (or only played the second one due to the hype), the first game is a must-play. Mono escapes and finds a window when he hears someone approaching, so he hides. The fire sprinklers go off and a hand emerges, taking kids. He's locked in a burning room with other children who are panicking. This episode puts you back in Mono's shoes. This is when you see the kid is wearing a white sheet with holes in it, like your typical friendly "ghost." He takes the dead rat with him and tries to sneak away when the adults find him. You're in the POV of a child hiding in a room where two adults are transfixed on the static TV of the second game. He hides in a locker when The Teacher finds him. Though scared and crying, he smashes the skulls of these kids and continues on. He's inside the school found in Little Nightmares 2, being terrorized by the strange kids found there. This entry follows a little boy with a lollipop who always has tears down his cheeks. She's able to open the door and walk out when The Doctor from the second Little Nightmares game appears behind her. ![]() She digs and digs and comes out to, seemingly, the same room. Someone tosses a spoon under her door and she uses this to dig instead. She is seen bleeding from her fingers, attempting to claw her way through the floor to escape. A girl with pigtails is locked in a cell room. A figure reaches out from the TV toward him as he attempts to lift the wraps from his eyes. A child in diapers with wraps around his eyes traverses through the wilderness when he stumbles upon a TV with static. A young child runs through the forest or swamp of Little Nightmares 2 when they stumble upon Mono and the two escape together. There are no words in the pages, just animated pictures that are as immersive as the actual video game. The comic strips are referred to as episodes because they are animated with beautifully added sound effects that trigger as you continue to scroll through the pages. Some of these kids are seemingly the Glitched Remains found in Little Nightmares 2. There are Little Nightmares comic strips that you can download for free on your mobile App Store or Google Play store by searching 'Little Nightmares Comics.' They come with six episodes or strips, each revealing more of the story about Mono, Six, and other children like them that we may or may not have met before.
